1. Acceptance of Terms & Pilot Status

By accessing or using SafeSafar (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms. SafeSafar is operated by Anti Bikli Ventures Pvt. Ltd., located at 369/408, Old Dalanwala, Dehradun, Uttarakhand - 248013, India. The Platform is currently in a pre-launch stage with a controlled pilot planned for 16 January 2027.

2. Nature of Service: Peer-to-Peer Cost Sharing

SafeSafar connects verified individuals travelling on identical intercity routes in North India to share travel and fuel expenses. SafeSafar is not a commercial transport service provider, taxi aggregator, common carrier, or car hire agency. Vehicle owners and co-travellers participate purely as private individuals on a non-commercial cost-sharing basis.

3. User Responsibilities & Verification

• True Identification: Users must furnish valid government-approved ID details and authentic profile photographs for account verification.
• Driver Qualifications: Vehicle drivers must hold a valid, non-expired Indian Driving Licence, valid motor third-party insurance, and certificate of fitness and pollution control.
• Code of Conduct: Zero tolerance for substance abuse, harassment, carrying contraband, or reckless driving. Violations result in immediate ban and report to civil authorities.

4. Fare Calculation & Cost Sharing

The recommended cost displayed on the platform reflects an estimated share of fuel, toll, and operational expense across participating riders. Ridesharing drivers may not charge fares exceeding statutory private transport limits or run commercial passenger services using private registrations.

5. Safety Features & Disclaimer of Liability

While SafeSafar implements identity checks, route deviations, and emergency SOS tools, travel in a shared vehicle involves inherent road and third-party risks. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Anti Bikli Ventures Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for personal accidents, delays caused by weather or traffic, loss of baggage, or acts of third parties.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All branding, software designs, trademarks, and algorithms remain the exclusive property of Anti Bikli Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Users may not scrape data, reverse-engineer the application, or introduce malicious code.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. In the event of any legal dispute or claim arising from use of the platform, the courts having jurisdiction in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
