Identity, journey visibility, emergency awareness, privacy, and accountability work together. No single badge or score can replace that structure.

Live journey visibility and in-app communication are designed to reduce unnecessary sharing of personal phone numbers.

A one-tap SOS flow is planned to share live journey information with trusted contacts and the safety response process.

Ratings, safety reports, and ride behaviour inform review. Serious enforcement should follow evidence and human assessment.
Privacy by design
Control stays with the traveller.
Journey details are intended to be shared with clear consent and only for as long as they are needed. Travel history is not public.
Automated risk flags can support review, but they should not make the final decision on serious action such as a ban.
Women-focused safety preferences and highly rated host indicators are planned, subject to verified availability on each route.
